Idaho Power considers Oregon route for transmission line
After Idaho Power's proposal to build a transmission line along the Interstate 84 corridor in southern Idaho met with considerable opposition, the utility is now looking at a route southwest of Boise in Idaho to Boardman, Oregon, along the Columbia River, where new wind farms are adding electricity.
