Developer of Idaho nuclear power plant delays project again

Alternate Energy Holdings Inc., the company that wants to build a nuclear power plant in southwest Idaho, has delayed its application to do so once again, and indicated in a letter to the Nuclear Nuclear Regulatory Commission, that the company will apply for a license in the fourth quarter of 2011, and that the company would be applying for a license for another plant in Idaho--in Payette County--in the second quarter of 2011, and for one near Pueblo, Colo., in the second quarter of 2012.
