Judge extends order allowing public access to Wyo. reservoir
Public access to Hawk Springs Recreational Area in Wyoming's Goshen County will remain open under an order issued on Thursday, until the litigation between the state and the Horse Creek Conservation District and the company Horse Creek sold property to is fully resolved.
