N.M. federal lawmakers ask GAO to wait on Los Alamos inquiry
Sens. Jeff Bingaman, D-N.M., and Pete Domenici, R-N.M., and Rep. Tom Udall, D-N.M, have asked the Government Accountability Office to put its investigation into security lapses at the Los Alamos National Laboratory on hold for six months to give the lab's new manager time to implement new measures.
