Jefferson County makes its bid for Montana's new veterans' home
In 2009, the Montana Legislature approved the construction of a $30-million, 60-bed veterans' facility to be built in one of six southwestern counties in the state, and Jefferson County officials believe an 8-acre parcel in Boulder is the best site for the facility.
