Idaho of two minds on federal government
Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter took a strong stance against the federal government and its spending habits during his State of the State speech four weeks ago, but he talked out of the other side of his month Monday, when he urged the federal government to give Mountain Home Air Force Base and Gowen Field the new F-35 fighter jet mission.
